2) I’m not really sure what the “reply” function does. It seems that it just creates a new post in the forum. Is it intended to come in right below the replied-to post, or just at the end?

4) This is a double-quote quote. Playing with the “Tags” Field in a reply. The intent is to search for these tags later on.
